WHY HAVE YOUR HOUSE STAGED?
Presentation is key to attracting buyers and Home Staging is an inexpensive way to increase the value of your property. With clever placement of exquisite furniture and accessories it will transform your home and highlight the best it has to offer.
HOW DOES HOME STAGING WORK?
1. We arrange a time meet with you, view your property and discuss a styling plan.
2. We take photos, measurements and work out a style that best suits your home.
3. We provide you with a free quote.
4. We book a date to install. The install is usually done 1-2 days prior to photos being taken.
5. Towards the end of your hire we arrange a time to remove the furniture, if you need it installed for longer than the date of contract, we offer extensions based on the length of time required. Get in touch with us to discuss pricing.
can i use my own furniture?
Yes you can. We offer both full and partial staging. We can work with your existing pieces to create a cohesive look. We do however believe an empty house provides the best palette to work from.
how long is the hire contract
Generally our furniture hire contracts are for 6 weeks however we are happy to provide extensions on the hire at a weekly rate.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our pricing is reflective of your property’s needs and takes into consideration the size of your house and the level of staging it requires.
Partial staging starts from $600.00 + gst, includes accessories and soft furnishings.
Budget three-room staging starts from $1100.00 +gst includes lounge, kitchen, dining, plus master bedroom fully staged
2 Bedroom fully staged starts from $1435.00 +gst
3 Bedroom fully staged starts from $1695.00 +gst
4 Bedroom fully staged starts from $1870.00 +gst
extra room, eg, 2nd living, bedroom, office from $230.00 +gst.
